In Germany and Austria there are no shipping costs from an order value of 220€.

Returns

Items returned in mint condition within 14 days of the original shipping date are eligible for a full refund or warehouse credit.

Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when making a return and the shipping/handling charges for the original purchase are non-refundable.
