Revocation conditions

Cancellation policy

Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal. 

Right of revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (MS Gaube Kosmetik GmbH, Schwimmschulkai 108, 8010 Graz, Austria, office@gaube-kosmetik.com , Fax: +43-316-682470-4 ) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post). You may use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than thirty days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We will collect the goods. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss of value of the Goods if such loss of value is due to handling of the Goods which is not necessary for the purpose of examining their condition, properties and operation.

I. complaints

Complaints are to be announced immediately upon receipt of the goods in writing. Complaints at a later date can unfortunately no longer be considered.

II. refund policy

After receipt of the goods you have the possibility for two weeks to return the ordered articles (in uninjured and unused original packaging with original invoice) by prior agreement. Returned packages without prior agreement will not be accepted. The same applies to shipments that we receive freight collect. The transport costs always have to be borne by the buyer. Upon return after the statutory deadline, 20% of the product value will be charged as a processing fee. However, this only applies to the intact / unopened goods, whose expiration date is still far in the distance! Opened goods can not be returned.

III. seminar bookings

a) Registration, validity, training costs

Registration for all our seminars and trainings is in writing, by e-mail, fax or directly via our homepage. The registration is binding. A telephone registration is possible, but only as binding with the written confirmation of registration or the accounting of MS GaubeKosmetik GmbH. After registration, 25% of the training costs must be transferred within 5 working days after receipt of the registration confirmation. For training up to € 1,000, - the full amount is due. The remainder is due until 21 days before the start of the course. After consultation with the management a partial payment in installments is possible. A processing fee will be charged. All listed costs are excl. VAT. Since the number of participants is limited, the order of registration is used and in consequence the on-time deposit and payment of the training amount. Without full payment there is no entitlement to an apprenticeship.

b) Cancellation, cancellation

A resignation up to 3 weeks before the beginning of the training is possible (in written form by e-mail, fax or mail). The deregistration requires our confirmation (by e-mail). Here, a processing and cancellation fee of net € 50, - due. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded immediately after the account details have been provided. If you cancel up to 7 days before the beginning of the training, we will charge you 25% of the booked training costs as a processing and cancellation fee (unless you provide a substitute participant). However, this processing fee can be reduced to a later date up to max. Be rebooked 6 months later. In case of later deregistration, cancellation after start, no-show or cancellation, the entire training costs are due or a substitute participant must be provided. After consultation with the training center, the course can be rebooked. Here are € 100, - net processing fee. However, the days already taken must be paid. The rest can be credited to the new course. This special agreement only applies in exceptional cases. It does not go without saying. In the case of a non-positive conclusion, the closing date must be repeated for a fee. This also applies to non-appearance (unexcused absence) or cancellation of the course by the student.

c) Deferring dates, canceling appointments, exclusion

The MS GaubeKosmetik GmbH reserves the right to cancel or postpone an announced or ongoing seminar for organizational or commercial reasons. In the case of such a change / shift, the participants will be notified immediately and payments made will be refunded to the full extent of the cancellation of the training content, unless the replacement date is appropriate.

d) Other

The participation takes place in own responsibility. The participant acknowledges that MS GaubeKosmetik GmbH is not liable for any particular success or consequences of improper use of the treatment. Furthermore, the participant agrees that photos, images and video recordings that are taken during the training without any temporal, local and content restrictions of MS GaubeKosmetik GmbH on the Internet, in print, any known and future medium , may also be published for advertising purposes without time limit.
