Sometimes it has to be more. For example, after surviving hormonal changes, excessive stress (also mental!), too much of the modern stimulants, too little of internal fluid intake, too much sun exposure, too much of the internal fluid intake, too much exposure to sunlight, too long bathing in chlorinated too long bathing in chlorinated or salty water, one could make a long list.
